Certified Power Yoga RYT 200

Ingrid practiced Bikram yoga consistently for almost 8 years before she happened upon her first Vinyasa class in 2015.  She was immediately hooked, and she found the healing effects of both styles of yoga to be a wonderful complement to her marathon and triathlon training.  Although she has put endurance training aside for the time-being, she remains active with various fitness classes and particularly enjoys a vigorous yoga practice with lots of arm balances and inversions.  Ingrid decided to pursue her teaching certification in the summer of 2018 to share her passion for yoga with others.  She loves working with beginning students, helping them to ensure foundational alignment to safely grow their yoga practice.

Off the mat, Ingrid enjoys traveling with her wonderful husband and three amazing children, discovering the hottest new restaurants, and catching up with friends over a great bottle of wine.
