Let the Chef cook your food and the Yoga Teacher stretch and prep you for your best golf with pre round yoga. Tee up at some of the best courses in the US, at Wild Dunes (Links and Harbor) and Kiawah Island, including a round at the the famed Ocean Course, #21 Golf Digest’s Best US Courses and home of the 1991 Ryder Cup, 2012 PGA Championship and the upcoming 2021 PGA Championship. 

*Price does NOT include golf. 4 Rounds scheduled in itinerary priced a la carte. Pay $200/person per round to reserve and play. (Example: if reserve 2 rounds, pay $400. Itinerary

Wednesday May 23rd

  • Guest Arrival to Oceanfront Beach House at Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms
  • 4pm - Airport Pickup - at Charleston Airport (CHS)
  • 7pm - Evening-ish - “Meet and Drink” Dinner

 

Thursday May 24th

  • 8am - Pre-Golf Yoga
  • 9am - Breakfast
  • 11am - Golf at Wild Dunes Harbor Course *
  • Post Round - Relax, have a drink and some lunch, go to beach, play a full second round of golf or a twilight 9 holes at Wild Dunes Harbor or Links
  • 5pm - Evening Restorative yoga
  • 7pm - Dinner and Drinks

 

Friday May 25th

  • 5am - Pre-Golf Yoga
  • 6am - Van Ride to Kiawah Island Resort with breakfast “to go”
  • 8am - Golf at Osprey Point Golf Course, Kiawah Island Resort *
  • 1:30pm - Lunch at the Ryder Cup Bar at the Kiawah Clubhouse
  • 1:30pm - Golf at The Ocean Course, Kiawah Island Resort * 
  • 7pm - Return ride to Wild Dunes
  • 8:30pm - Dinner and Drinks
  • Note: For those that have scheduled not to go to Kiawah, there will be yoga, a special lunch, and a trip to Charleston (Voted America’s Top Small City) as options

 

Saturday May 26th

  • 8am - Pre-Golf Yoga
  • 9am - Breakfast
  • 11am - Golf at Wild Dunes Links Course *
  • Post Round - Relax, have a drink and some lunch, afternoon yoga, go to beach, play a full second round of golf or a twilight 9 holes at Wild Dunes Harbor or Links
  • 5pm - Evening Restorative Yoga
  • 7pm - Dinner and Drinks

 

Sunday

  • 8am - Breakfast
  • 11am -  Airport Transfer Back to Reality

  • Born in Vietnam to a family deeply rooted in Buddhism and meditation.

  • LOVES all Yoga, food fare, fitness...and talk radio.

  • A closeted nerd who loves to read about Philosophy, Biology/Anatomy textbooks, and Sci-fi/Fantasy/War Strategies 

  • Ambidextrous so she loves both “Righties” and “Lefties.”
