Mixed Level Hatha

Designed for all levels, age, and experiences. This classical practice is centered around the awareness of pranayama (prana: in breath and apana: out breath) as it relates to the mind and body in both movement and stillness. Students are encouraged to take poses from basic to more challenging variations based on comfort and practice level.
