Yoga Offerings

If you are looking to expand your practice and expore new ways to heal your body, we offer a variety of yoga classes, each designed to compliment each other.

Fluid Yoga®

Fluid Yoga ® places attention on breath and movement. It incorporates intuitive flows while emphasizing continual movement throughout the practice to build endurance, flexibility, strength and a clear mind.

Progressive Ashtanga

With the Progressive Ashtanga style, students can expect a heavy emphasis on foundational poses that will prepare them for peak postures and inversions.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas that are held for longer periods of time. Yin targets the deep connective tissues of the body and the fascia, which helps regulate the flow of energy.

Spa Yoga ®

Spa Yoga ® engages all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (and sometimes chocolate!).

Power Vinyasa

Power Flow yoga is a Vinyasa rooted in classic Hatha/Ashtanga style. Linking breath and movement, this energetic flow packs it all in with classic and foundational poses.

Dharma Inspired Yoga

Dharma Inspired Yoga is a graceful, yet challenging form of yoga based on Sri Dharma Mittra’s fifty years of practice of classical yoga.
