Progressive Ashtanga

With the Progressive Ashtanga style, students can expect a heavy emphasis on foundational poses that will prepare them for peak postures and inversions.

26 and 2 Hot Hatha

It's Hot, It's Hatha, It's 26 postures + 2 breathing exercise in the tradition of Bikram Yoga.

Dharma Inspired Yoga

Dharma Inspired Yoga is a graceful, yet challenging form of yoga based on Sri Dharma Mittra’s fifty years of practice of classical yoga.
