Cowface Yoga Classes

If you are looking to expand your practice and expore new ways to heal your body, we offer a variety of yoga classes, each designed to compliment each other.

Fluid Yoga ®

Fluid Yoga places attention in a mindful way on breath and movement. It incorporates intuitive flows while emphasizing continual movement throughout the practice to build endurance, flexibility, strength and a clear mind.

Vinyasa Sculpt

Vinyasa Sculpt adds free weights to the yoga sequences, intensifying each yoga pose, while incorporating cardio and training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls to help you build lean muscle mass.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas that are held for longer periods of time. Yin targets the deep connective tissues of the body and the fascia, which helps regulate the flow of energy.

Rocket Yoga

Within power and rocket inspired yoga rooted in the Ashtanga style, students can expect heavy emphasis on foundational poses that will prepare them for peak postures and inversions.

Spa Yoga ®

Spa Yoga ® engages all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (and sometimes chocolate!).

Ashtanga Yoga

Considered a modern-day form of classical Indian Yoga, this yoga synchronizes the breath with a progressive set series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.

Yoga Trapeze

Yoga Trapeze The Yoga Trapeze is an inversion tool that helps reduce back pain, improve flexibility, relieve stress and tension, and increase your strength. You can also use it to HAVE FUN!

Dharma Inspired Vinyasa

Dharma Inspired Vinyasa Yoga is a graceful, yet challenging form of yoga based on Sri Dharma Mittra’s almost fifty years of practice of classical yoga. The practice is appropriate for all levels.
