How Does Guided Meditation at CowfaceYoga Studio Work?
Experience a truly deep state of relaxation and maximize the positive benefits of meditation. Our guided meditations will follow this general format:
You will sit comfortably, or in some cases, you may be asked to lie down. We will lead you through a series gentle yoga stretches to move calming energy throughout the body and warm up the body, followed by some relaxing visualizations to help settle you in and still your body. As you gradually relax and become more and more still, stress fades away, and your mind slowly clears. While in this relaxed state of mind, you are guided on an inner journey that will help you to experience a profound state of deep relaxation.
At the conclusion of your guided meditation, you will gradually be guided back to a state of normal awareness, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed. A consistent meditation practice reduces stress, enhances your sense of self, transforms your perspective in positive ways, and ultimately inspires you to live your life to the fullest!
