Power Flow yoga is a Vinyasa rooted in classic Hatha/Ashtanga style. Linking breath and movement, this energetic flow packs it all in with classic and foundational poses such as warrior, triangle, and twists, with emphasis on breath and alignment. All to prepare you for peak postures and inversions.
Expect moderate paced movements, and some play time for inversion prep and arm balance.
