Fall Yoga Mini Retreat at Casa Om Potomac
Martinsburg, WV
Sept 27 - 29
Every change of season is a reminder of the impermanence of things. Beginnings and endings, creation and destruction is the natural cycle of life. So as summer lazily meanders into fall, the very air we breathe subtly reminds us of impermanence, that old gives way to new and endings give way to new beginnings. For us to grow and evolve, we must constantly let things fall off and regrow so that we can continue to find deeper and purposeful meaning in the patterns and rhythm of our existence.
Join Antonia and Alba for a relaxing weekend retreat to beautiful Casa Om Potomac, situated on 63 picturesque acres of nature and serenity overlooking the grand Potomac. We'll explore the healing and transformative power of nature and yoga, and how honoring change is vital to understanding our deeper self.
Featuring Sound Activation Specialist, and Qi Gong Teacher, YongIn Kim.
