The Cowface Mission

To build community and foster inclusivity by providing a safe, and welcoming space where all bodies can explore their own yoga.

Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, your yogic journey to inner peace and balance begins on your yoga mat. Here you will safely stretch and strengthen your body, as you explore calming breaths and clarity of mind, under the compassionate guidance of our knowledgeable teachers.

Each yoga experience is unique, as our skilled teachers are encouraged to bring their own intuitive teaching style, voice and energy to each class. Together, we explore the physical postures that ultimately pave a path toward our own internal transformative growth.

Our Classes

Our yoga programs accommodate everyone from first timers to seasoned practitioners. Our philosophy is simple: Yoga is for every body.

With regularly scheduled classes throughout the week, we have enough offerings to accommodate your busy schedule.

We also offer weekly workshops that focus on yoga asana fundamentals, which supports a sustainable practice. A sustainable practice will not only heal the body, but will also leads to an inner-self transformation.

Cowface Yoga Classes

If you are looking to expand your practice and expore new ways to heal your body, we offer a variety of yoga classes, each designed to compliment each other.

Fluid Yoga ®

Fluid Yoga places attention in a mindful way on breath and movement. It incorporates intuitive flows while emphasizing continual movement throughout the practice to build endurance, flexibility, strength and a clear mind.

Power Vinyasa w/Weights

Power Vinyasa adds free weights to the yoga sequences, intensifying each yoga pose, while incorporating cardio and training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls to help you build lean muscle mass.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas that are held for longer periods of time. Yin targets the deep connective tissues of the body and the fascia, which helps regulate the flow of energy.

Rocket Yoga

Within power and rocket inspired yoga rooted in the Ashtanga style, students can expect heavy emphasis on foundational poses that will prepare them for peak postures and inversions.

Spa Yoga ®

Spa Yoga ® engages all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (and sometimes chocolate!).
